A very clever interface is available for managing your parcels. View all the receiving details, for each package. Manage forwarding and consolidating, anytime, anywhere.
When you are ready to forward your goods, create a shipment request and choose the best carrier for you among a list where you can see the price and the delivery time.
Store or forward your goods
You can choose to receive your purchases right away. Or, if you need time to browse through more merchant sites, we can receive your packages, store them for a while in our warehouse, and forward all of them to you in one consignment.
Combine your purchases with friends or family to create one large bulk package. After all, one big package means big savings !

See all tasks that the French-Office team will carry out for you. They concern the logistic operations, the payment/accounting or the check of the parcels received.
Logistic operations
Consolidation of your parcels in a single bigger box is often a good way to reduce your shipment fees. It can be done with or without box opening. And we can also separate your goods. When parcels are fragile and need to be strengthen with extra packing, we do it on request. You order all these tasks on line!
We can received small packages, parcels and pallets. Our premises are open from 9am to 6pm to accept parcels from the post or from express couriers. As we are specialists for all standard packages below 30 kg.
Some suppliers deliver only to pick-up points. if this is the case for your order, you choose a close point and we will go and collect the parcel.
You can also shop at anywhere in the world using our delivery service and address. It’s the same benefits! Be careful not to order any items that can’t be shipped because of legal or safety reasons.
Accounting & Taxes
If your parcel is coming from a non-european country, customs taxes can be claimed by the carrier delivering the goods.
We can deal with these taxes. Most of the time, only the VAT is due.
If your balance account is not sufficient, we inform you by email.
We can insure you administrative assistance and purchase products on your behalf.
This could be useful to purchase products on French or European websites that do not accept non-European credit cards.
For all shipments outside EU, we edit for free a proforma invoice with the details you have provided regarding the content and the value of your merchandise.
This proforma invoice is used by the customs office in your country.
If you need invoice removal, please indicate it. French Office tema can also add a new invoice that you upload during the shipment request.
Quality & Control
To control what you have received, you may order us to take a picture of the outer box, or of the content of the parcel. The images will be linked to the parcel and you see them in your parcels list in your app.
Any invoice or delivery bill included in the parcel or stick outside the cardboard can be scanned on request. The image of the document will be attached to the relevant package in your web application.
Any doubts regarding your supplier? Ask for a quality inspection and give us instructions so we can check carefully the products we have received for you.
During the shipment request, we ask you to enter the amount you want to insure the goods during the transportation.
Parcels Content
We have no particular restrictions regarding your goods. But if our forwarder won’t carry it, we won’t ship it. Its’ the sole responsibility of you- our customer – to check the shipment is acceptable for transportation. French Office may at its sole discretion refuse to carry any items may be the subject of any prohibition.
