French-Office has developed several tools allowing a smooth connection between your IT system and our software.
Depending on the services you are using, you can decide to connect to our software with several ways:
- Using directly our web interface online
- Integration through the API
- Sending and receiving CSV files
- Storing the data with the cloud computing
An API REST to recover all your information
Convenient interface for business
In order to enhance our services user experience, we developed an API (Application Programming Interface). This API allows you to question our Data Base, without go through your Online Access. You just have to fill-in the information fields proposed by the API to receive automatically files with the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format.
Customers receiving a lot of items, can retrieve them in dribs and drabs (but it is not the most convenient solution) or use our API. For each request, our Data Base will forward a set of 10 JSON format files. If you wish, you can ask for more items, there is no time limit.

API and JSON : What does it mean ?
An Application Programming Interface is a set of standardised classes, methods or functions acting as a frontage in which a software offer services to other softwares.
The API is offered by a software library or a web service, in most cases supported with a description which specify how users programs can use functions from the providing program
JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) is a textual data format derivated of the JavaScript langage items notation. It allows to represent the structured information as XML does for instance.
A JSON file function is to represent information, supported by labels, allowing to construe various elements, without any restriction about the label’s amount.
For each request performed to our API REST, a verification of authorizations is done.
Thereupon, the API question our Data Base in order to find the requested information, then send it back to your server with the JSON format.
You can find several explanations directly on the API, as well as different test forms to grasp the API operation. During the set-up , we test together an example script.
This API is the key solution for professionals who want to manage their French Office account in an easy, fluent and efficient way.
API with Woo-Commerce
If the CMS WordPress and its plugin Woo-Commerce are the technology used by your website to sell online, just indicate us your Login and we will automatically receive your orders daily.
All shipments picked, packed and shipped will also be updated directly in your WordPress software.
Ease the data access with CSV file
French-Office is also offering the possibility to receive a CSV file with daily parcels and mail, at each end of the day.
These formatted files can also be embedded in your internal IT software by your IT support team.
The CSF files are usually really appreciated by web merchants who want to transfer us their daily orders. Via a FTP, we can get the files and upload them in our logistic software.

Offering a connection with a cloud storage is also a possibility of our software.

It about outsourcing and backing up your data on remote servers without storing them on a local computer. The user can freely access his data, documents and software from any equipment connected to the Internet.
It can also sync them across multiple devices.
Cloud Hoster Available with French-Office
French-Office does not provide it own cloud service but can transfer your documents to Google Drive.
You will find subscription details on the corresponding sites. Before French-Office forward your documents, you must have subscribed to Google Drive.
The first 15 GB of data are stored for free and accessible from your mobile.
Google Drive offers the advantage of being able to connect a large number of applications to exploit its data.
Cloud Option from 5€ a month
You can add the cloud service to your current plan by paying the commissioning fee.
Then there are two ways to transfer your documents to your cloud computing.
