Included in your monthly plan
We list in details all features and services included in your plan. You know in advance all mail services we provide.
Paying mail services
The contract is with an automatic renewal but you can pay when you want - by bank card or by bank wire.
Changing your plan
Changing your monthly plan can be done easily. You can do that at the end of the agreement or at the end of the month.
Carry over from on month to the other
Scan services of the Standard Plan can be carried over from one month to the other. The shipment preparations can also be carried over if they have not being used.
Cancelling your mailbox
Cancelling can be done by email. Prior notice depends on your plan. No prior notice if its' a private use and 3 months for businesses.

Postal Mail Services
Most of the time, the standard mail operations are incorporated in your monthly plan. When we perform tasks that are not included in your membership, they are charged in accordance to the options’ tariffs.
Bespoke services
For bespoke services and concerning scanning, administrative tasks, shipments on request, we propose you to contact us directly. We will establish a bespoke quotation.
