Parcels Forwarding
Request a forwarding from your backoffice
During your shipping request on line, you should :
1 – Select the parcels to be forwarded
2 – Indicate whether to consolidate your shipments – with or without opening
3 – Ask us to remove or add some documents
4 – Choose your carrier
5 – Complete the customs declaration
6 – Enter which level of insurance you require
Forwarders List
A list of carriers will appear with the freight rates. At this point, rates are just an estimate as we have to prepare your package to get the exact weight and size. But you can already choose your preferred carrier from this list. Note that at this stage services fees are not included. Once you have validated your shipment request, our logistic team will carry out your instructions.
If the freight rate exceeds the current balance of your account, we hold your shipment and send an email with the exact amount due.
Shipment done
Parcels or orders dispatched are listed in the web application. You can find out by date all details about recipient, way of shipment.
Online INVENTORY
Wherever you are in the world, you can track your stock level. Just log into your account from any computer or phone.
French Office gives you access to your parcels inventory 24h/24. You can see the number of items stored, sorted by date received.
Manage your account on line
You can check the balance of your account. You can change some parameters, extend your monthly plan by topping up your rechargeable account.
All invoices can be downloaded.
This online logistic software is viewable on your smartphone so you can track everyting which on the move.
API Interface
An API (application programming interface) is available to embed our data in your existing IT tool. We can also work with CSV files so our respective IT system are correctly updated.
If you work with a web CMS like Woo-Commerce, we can activate the API so the orders are directly transmitted in our logistic software
