- Parcel unique number
- Sender’s name
- Size in cm of the box
- Gross weight
- Inbound tracking number
- Return tracking number (RMA number if it’s barcoded)
Quality Control
Request additional services on-demand, such as document scanning, photos or quality inspection. All these warehousing operations can be ordered directly in the web application.

Storing
We store the parcels until your next shipment.
In the web interface, you can annotate, sort out, or archive any package information we have recorded for your company.
With all this, your customer support team can already arrange refunds or exchanges.
Shipping
We can forward your parcels weekly, or monthly.
All packages are consolidated into a bigger box, or pallet. Original inbound packaging can be removed or kept, it’s up to you!
Quite often consolidation provides a cost-efficient solution for the transportation.

Disposal
When your items are of very low value, you can also ask us to dispose of the goods. French-Office organize the disposal respecting European environmental laws.
