Adapted rates for your Call Answering in France
If you are interested in saving your valuable time and productive resources, then outsourcing your services to a call center is your best bet.
A fixed monthly fee will give you a pre-arranged number of inclusive calls. Our pricing structure is designed to offer straightforward pricing based on the number of calls we expect to handle for you each month. We only consider calls that result in us either sending a message to you or transferring a caller to you. We don’t charge for wrong numbers, calls with no message, sales calls and other unsolicited calls.
If you don’t see a tariff that suits your business, please ask our sales team and we will accommodate your needs.
Call Answering in France from €49.90 per month
Our office are open from 9am to 6pm CET, Monday to Friday except on public holidays. Our receptionists answer your calls with the message you prefer.
They contact you immediately by email so you can deal with each call at a time that suits you.
As an option, they can translate the message from French to English through this email. All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

The price list is VAT excluded. If you are a foreign company, the invoice will be VAT excluded.
Set-up fees €74.20€ for simple call answering.
To implement your call centre
We can provide you a French Number. Or you can use your current number. Then we can answer all your calls or only when it’s necessary for you – vacation, line busy, etc. We can also implement a full telecom network for you.
Call Answering Features
Providing a French Phone Number
At the contract beginning you will get :
- A dedicated French Phone Number.
- A specific form to understand your required recommendation for the answering calls.
Call Answering
We will provide :
- Professional French native receptionists to take your calls.
- Presence from 9am to 6pm – Monday to Friday.
- Specific announcement for your company upon your request.
- A voicemail message outside office hours.
Call Reporting
You will receive a report:
- Sent immediately after the call.
- Containing the question of your caller.
- Specifying also the name, company, phone and email of the caller.
Data Transferred
Every call received is recorded and includes as a minimum a family and first name, company name, phone number, email and question/comment of your contact.
Ask for another quotation if you require more.
Pricing
Monthly pricing depend on number of calls. Refer above table to see prices.
Set Up
We need three days to set up the answering calls for your company.
Set-up fee of €74.20.
Duration
Three months contracts as a minimum. Your contract is with tacit renewal. You can cancel it with a 3 months prior notice.
Translation
Every call is answered in French. But we can translate the message to English before sending it to you.
Done via email. We quote on demand.
