Providing a French phone number

You can have several needs regarding our phone services:

• VOIP number
• Call forwarding
• Voice mail
• Fax service
• Configuration with a full phone system
• Call answering

Landline French number

Once your registration process is completed, you will get a French number beginning with 09. It’s a landline number and for the callers only local phone rates apply.
This number is not a high-price premium rate-number.

Local number

As an option, you can choose a French number beginning with 04, corresponding to our country area for an extra 2€ monthly.

Start- up

Expect 48 to 72 hours to get your French phone number.  You will receive credentials allowing you to activate the service.

Set-up fees

Set-up fees depend on  the service requested. Price is €41 for a single VOIP number (landline, fax or voicemail).

Engagement

A minimum period of 3 months is necessary to use our phone services. The contract is automatically extended. You can cancel it by email with a 3 months prior notice.

Outbound Communication

If you require this French number to call your French contacts, we will propose you an outbound communication package.

Inbound Communication

With this French phone number :

• You have unlimited received calls when you activate a VOIP phone.
• You listen to these calls from your country – thanks to your VOIP phone device – when your callers have dialed a French number.
• Most local calls are free in France so it’s free also for the caller.

Outbound Communication

You can choose a plan to do outbound calls. This plan costs €36 monthly for a maximum of 25 hours per month.
This plan allows you to call landline and mobile French numbers.
The plan allows also to call landline numbers of around 40 countries (see list below).
If you want to use the Call Forwarding Plan, the outbound call package is included.
When you exceed the limitation or when you call outside France, a cost per minute will apply.

VOIP Phone device

A robust and efficient VOIP phone can be provided. It will be already configured by our company and you just have to plug it on the Lan cable.

Softphone

In case you prefer to use the VOIP credentials with a softphone, please consider the VOIP configuration set at €30.

Voicemail activation

With a VOIP phone, we can add a voice message for the out of office hours welcoming your clients. Voicemail configuration depending on your business hours is €41.

Message recording

We can record an announcement message linked to your phone number. You can also choose the coupled music among our playlist.
Message Recording is €20 till 150 words.
