To use our French address and logistic warehouse, When you subscribe to one of our BOX monthly plans, you get a personalized address that you, your suppliers, or customers can use.
You can use your address to store new stock, or as a warehouse to stage customer returns.
Box Plans are scaleable and affordable. Starting at 5 parcels received per month up to several thousand parcels a month.
If you would like to include specialized services, contact us for a tailor made quote.
When a package is received , we note the sender’s name of the package in your online account. You can then decide to forward it immediately or to wait for a weekly or monthly consolidated shipment.

You have a dedicated space in the warehouse where we store all of your parcels.
Log into your personal web interface for complete control of your inventory. View pictures, quality control, unpacking or consolidation are services available should you need them.

Receiving Standard Parcels
All “standard” parcels (*) are received. They can be with or without signature. All carriers can deliver to our address.
*A standard parcel is below 6 kg and its cumulative size (length + width + depth) is under 150 cm. In case of non-standard packages, extra-charges will apply. See detailed tariffs.
Description
Every package is recorded on line with date, number, sender, inbound tracking number, weight and size. This gives you a good information about the parcel. Upon requirement and option, we can open the box, take a photo, control the quality.
Storage
Storage is included. Numbers of items store depends on your plan.
Forwarding
Forwarding is requested through your customer online account. Shipment preparation is included.
Consolidation, extra packaging and transportation costs are not included.
Inbox
Available data in your inbox :
- Number of parcels we are holding with the receiving date for each parcel
- Sender’s name and Inbound tracking number
- Parcel’s weight and size
- All the logistic operations handled for you
- List of the shipments performed with date, tracking number and details
- Monthly invoices
Functions available
With your online back office, you can :
- Request a scanning (delivery note, invoice, other doc)
- Ask for a picture of the content

Notification
Email alerts give you a regular update of your account (daily, weekly, monthly) and inform you about your last operations.
Receiving Alert
You receive an automatic email when a package arrives for you.
Shipping Alert
Email alerts are also sent when we prepare shipments for you and when the shipment process is completed. if the funds available on your account are not sufficient to cover the freight charges, you will get an notification with the exact amount to be paid.
Quantity
Each Plan includes a number of items received and scanned each month. Above this number, services are paid for.
Deposit
A deposit is recommended during the registration process. This deposit remains on your account and will be used for transportation or other services fees.
Deposit of €5 is suggested as a minimum
Shipping
In case you require extra packaging or consolidation, it will be invoiced at the shipping step.
The shipment preparation fees are €4 per preparation. Consolidation fees are €2 per parcel grouped. Packaging charges depend on the size.

Monthly Pricing
Parcels Plans can be sized from €19.90 a month.
Agreement
Your plan is automatically renewed. You can end it with a single email or extend it by yourself on line.
