We offer a French address for your online shopping deliveries. With the Express Plan , we provide you with your own French address as soon as you sign up. You can then use this address when you make your purchases over the internet. The Express Forwarding Plan is for personal or business use.

French Office receives your goods on your behalf in its warehouse. You can order a single item or keep enjoying your online shopping experience. We will the store your package for 29 days without extra charges.
In that time, you can ask us to forward it by selecting the shipping method thats suits you.
Or you can ask us to hold onto it until you have completed a serie of purchases.
We can then consolidate the items into one package which will reduce your shipping costs.

Included Features in Parcels Express Plan
Receiving Standard Parcels
All “standard” parcels (*) are received. They can be with or without signature. All carriers can deliver to our address.
*A standard parcel is below 6 kg and its cumulative size (length + width + depth) is under 150 cm. In case of non-standard packages, check out our options.
Description
Every package is recorded on line with date, number, sender, inbound tracking number, weight and size. You can tell what the packet contains.
Storage
A one month storage is included in this plan.

Forwarding
Forwarding is requested through your customer online account. Shipment preparation is included.
Consolidation, extra packaging and transportation costs are not included.
Inbox
Available data in your inbox :
- Number of parcels we are holding with the receiving date for each parcel
- Sender’s name and Inbound tracking number
- Parcel’s weight and size
- All the logistic operations handled for you
- List of the shipments performed with date, tracking number and details
- Monthly invoices
Functions available
With your online back office, you can :
- Request a scanning (delivery note, invoice, other doc)
- Ask for a picture of the content
- Order a quality control
- Create a shipment request
- View the transportation rates and select the best carrier.
- Configure your account.
- Credit funds and renew your agreement.
Smartphone
The web application can be displayed on your smartphone screen.
Deposit
A deposit is recommended during the registration process. This deposit remains on your account and will be used for transportation or other services fees.
Deposit is up to you €5 suggested as a minimum
Receiving & Shipping
With Express Plan, you pay €7 per month and it’s included a parcel received and ready to be shipped.
If you require packaging or consolidation, they will be invoiced during the preparation.
Freight rates depend on destination and weight
Agreement
Even if you don’t receive any package, there is a minimum monthly invoicing of €7 to keep your account open and active.
Just cancel the account by email if you prefer to use it as a one-off.

Email alerts are also sent when we prepare shipments for you and when the shipment process is completed.
Contract End
There is no contract end: you have to add more funds to extend the services.
