First we provide you with your personal or business address for receiving mail in France. Sign-up on-line, you immediatley receive your address. It’s fast, easy and your French address is up and running right away.
By scanning your envelopes you can see who sent you a letter. We’re pioneers of this modern solution for handling confidential mail. We put you in charge. Choose which important mail to open and what to do with it.

Selective Scanning
With Standard Plan, you got envelopes scanning online. Then you choose to open, forward or store them. Your letters are only open when you require them !
To see what’s inside an envelope, click on our online interface.
We’ll scan the first six pages and email you as soon as they’re available.
If there are more that six pages, you can ask us to scan the rest.
Then you can have us ship, store or shred the hard copy.
You still have a complete electronic replica that can be sorted into a custom-made folder, transferred to someone else, or downloaded as a PDF file to save, print, or email.

We provide a French mailing address for all your correspondence. It’s useful for individuals or businesses.
Receiving
Each working day we :
- Receive your post including registered items.
- Number each envelope.
- Update your online mailbox on line.
- Remove all unwanted post such as adverts – when easily discernible.
All letters are dealt with on the day they are received.
Storing
We keep all your mail during your contract for free.
Unlimited dedicated storage.
Online Interface
You will be able to:
- See how many letters you have received and on what dates.
- Discard unwanted mails.
- Check operations history.
- Credit funds to your account.
- Request shipments to a pre-notified or to a new address.
Your personal interface is accessible 24 hours a day.
Email Alerts
Each week, you will receive an email with :
- The amount of post received.
- A record of the last operations done.
- Your account balance.
You can amend the frenquency of this email by logging into your account.
Shipments
We offer four shipments a month. You choose :
- Shipments once a week.
- Shipments when you want.
- No shipment.
Freight rates must be added.
Quantity
Each Plan includes a number of items received. Above this number, services are paid for.

Name
Valide for one company name.
Three names are possible for individuals.

Deposit
